The updated bathrooms were a welcome feature. judith at the front desk provided great customer service. I was grateful. the rooms were super clean, especially the bathrooms.

large room great comfort convenient location low floor
the room size was larger than i anticipated. the beds provided great comfort and i slept well. the location proved very convenient, particularly its proximity to the train station. i was grateful to get a low floor room as i requested..
the window in my room only opened a small amount. this made the room a bit stuffy at times. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

The room wasn't great. The decor looked old and tired. I could not get the Wi-Fi I paid for. That was frustrating. They offered me a different room in the basement, but it felt creepy so I refused.
