updated bathrooms great service
The updated bathrooms were a welcome feature. judith at the front desk provided great customer service. I was grateful. the rooms were super clean, especially the bathrooms.
the room felt a bit cold upon arrival, and it took a little while to warm up.

a gracious stay
large room great comfort convenient location low floor
the room size was larger than i anticipated. the beds provided great comfort and i slept well. the location proved very convenient, particularly its proximity to the train station. i was grateful to get a low floor room as i requested..
the window in my room only opened a small amount. this made the room a bit stuffy at times. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

the breakfast had a good selection of choices. the friendly staff kept the area tidy and well-stocked. the dining area was spacious and comfortable, allowing guests to enjoy their meals without feeling crowded.

The room wasn't great. The decor looked old and tired. I could not get the Wi-Fi I paid for. That was frustrating. They offered me a different room in the basement, but it felt creepy so I refused.

Check in happened quick. The staff was friendly. My room included a fridge. I found a huge lounge available .

The location proved quite central. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Lime Street Station. Liverpool Central station is also nearby. Exploring is easy from here.
